Questions to ask when meeting a customer to do a Lifestyle Analysis

The Lifestyle Analysis is a great way of getting to know how an individual's body is coping with everyday life. It's full of questions to ask but before we dive in with the questions in the booklet, there are other, broader questions which will help gather really useful information.

These questions are open and encourage the person to open up to you. If you listen well and demonstrate that you are listening to what they are saying, this will help you to build rapport with the person. And if you've got rapport, they are more likely to trust any product recommendations that you make.

Before you start the Lifestyle Analysis, consider asking:
  • If there is 1 thing that you would change about your health, what would it be?
  • If I were a magic genie, what 3 health wishes would you ask for?
  • What supplements do you take at the moment?
  • What results are you seeing from taking those supplements?

Once you've completed the Lifestyle Analysis, how about asking:
  • What do you think of your results?
  • What surprises you about the results?
  • Who else do you know who would benefit from this lifestyle analysis?
  • Would you like to do this again in a couple of months time?
Thanks to everyone who contributed to these questions at the March Midlands Regional Meeting.

What do you think? What are your favourite questions in addition to the ones above? Let us know by sharing your comments below.
